About Our Retreats

Whether you join us for a day or a weekend, this is all about you! You can choose to start your day with a guided meditation, or simply head straight for the delicious, freshly prepared breakfast. We offer a variety of workshops, mindfulness activities, and an opportunity to reconnect with nature. You’ll learn why visualising your goals is so powerful, and how to tap into your own resources to overcome the things that hold you back.

You can also take time to step away and be by yourself. Explore the local area or relax in front of a log fire, enjoy delicious food and an opportunity to restore your purpose, energy and passion.

You will be guided on this journey by two experienced Wellbeing and Physical Intelligence coaches.

  • 2 night’s accommodation in a luxury Castle room (weekend retreat only).

Mindfulness

Mindfulness can help us to stand back from our thoughts, rather than getting caught up in them. Join us each morning for a mindfulness meditation designed to create increased focus and energy for the day. P.S. There’s also no judgement if you’d prefer an extra half hour in bed!

Workshops

Our highly interactive workshops take place throughout the weekend. We’ll share powerful techniques from NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and Positive Psychology for setting intentions, visualising your goals, and overcoming barriers to achieving them.

Coaching

Coaching conversations start from the belief that you have all the answers – sometimes you just need time to focus on you, a listening partner and some thought-provoking questions. As accredited Physical Intelligence Coaches, we connect the mind and body to help you to discover your own inner wisdom, and drive change using the amazing technology of the body.
